Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Personalized or custom-made items once production has started

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

A clear photo of the item

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times:

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

The time it takes for funds to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider

Payments processed via Paystack will be refunded according to Paystack’s standard refund procedures.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Gift cards

Custom or personalized products

Digital products or downloads (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production or processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused by us.
