Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. No hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Fulfillment
Kindred Notes Co partners with trusted supplier partners to fulfill and ship orders. Some items are shipped directly from our studio, while others are fulfilled by our supply partners, allowing us to offer a wider range of quality products at great prices.

Handling Time
Orders are processed and handed off to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Transit Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days for U.S. and Canada orders, depending on your location and the product ordered.

Carriers
Depending on your order and location, your package may be shipped via USPS, DHL, YunExpress, or another reputable carrier. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

International Customs & Duties
For orders outside the United States and Canada, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their local authorities.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Missing, Delayed, or Partial Orders
