Some items are shipped directly from our studio, while others are fulfilled by our supply partners, allowing us to offer a wider range of quality products at great prices. We carefully select fulfillment partners that meet our standards for product quality, packaging, and reliable delivery.

Handling Time
Orders are processed and handed off to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days for U.S. and Canada orders. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 8–18 business days of placing it, depending on your location.

Carriers
Depending on your order and location, your package may be shipped via USPS, DHL, YunExpress, or another reputable carrier. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Kindred Notes Co currently ships exclusively to customers in the United States and Canada. If we expand to additional countries in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Missing, Delayed, or Partial Orders
